the staff was amazing. they provided airport transportation. i had access to attractions and restaurants. the hotel provided a LITTLE surprise for my birthday.

my room was on the top floor. the front desk was unattended UPON my arrival. i waited over 20 minutes for assistance.

the location proved convenient. main attractions were within a comfortable walking distance and i appreciated the proximity to public transport. the breakfast provided a decent selection of options to start the day.

The entrance area needed attention, as i noticed a significant amount of garbage near the hotel. this detracted from the overall impression. some members of the staff seemed less helpful upon my arrival, disappointing..

the hotel is unique. the building dates back to the ottoman era. the location means you can walk to many of the old town's attractions in under 10 minutes (i thought that was pretty convenient).

our room was on the top floor, it was the beautiful double room with balcony. upon our arrival, the front desk was unattended. i had to wait for over 20 minutes for someone to arrive (that was a bit annoying).

the location was really good!!! it was a short walk to many tourist spots, including the grand bazaar and hagia sofia. the staff was very friendly and helpful with all requests. the breakfast had many choices of both hot and cold food.

the street outside the hotel had some garbage. it was visible from the balcony.

Rooms here were very spacious. I appreciated decor that seemed traditional. Breakfast had great quality and the orange juice tasted freshly squeezed. Omelettes were also delicious.

Some garbage near the hotel was visible from my balcony.
